Inside-Out Pizza Rolls

This was hands down my favorite recipe of the week.  I laughed the whole way through dinner because I just loved it.  I divided my dough in half and put mozzarella cheese in the one my kids were going to eat.  Turns out they liked it better without the cheese......oh life is just so good.  We will be eating this is a recipe a lot in our house.  You must try it.

Inside-Out Pizza Rolls

1 pkg of raw pizza dough (I get mine from Whole Foods but have used frozen French bread too)
2 cups Meat Sauce (Monday's recipe)
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Punch down  the risen dough and transfer to a lightly floured work surface.  Using a rolling pin, roll out to a 12-by-16-inch rectangle.  Spread the meat sauce over the dough leaving a 1-inch border.  Brush the border with some of the beaten egg and roll the dough up loosely.  Transfer to a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet.  Brush with more egg and cut 3 vents on top.  Bake until golden-brown, about 40 minutes
